Cookie Policy
Last updated 26 October 2026
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. This page explains which ones this site uses and how to change your choice.
1. Your choice comes first
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Nothing other than strictly necessary storage is set unless you accept. If you reject, or simply ignore the banner, Google Tag Manager is not loaded at all and no analytics or advertising cookies are placed. If you later change your mind, your choice is remembered and respected on every subsequent visit.
One technical exception: if you have disabled JavaScript in your browser, the consent banner cannot run. In that case a fallback element may load Google Tag Manager. Almost no tracking is possible without JavaScript, so the practical effect is minimal, but we state it for accuracy.
2. What is used
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| el-consent | Strictly necessary | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics, so the banner does not reappear on every page. Stored in your browser's local storage, not sent to any server. | Until you clear your browser data |
| PHPSESSID | Strictly necessary | Set only on the private administration page used by our staff. It is not set for ordinary visitors. | End of the browser session |
| _ga, _ga_<id> | Analytics — only with your consent | Google Analytics. Distinguishes one visitor from another and measures how the site is used, so we can improve it. | Up to 2 years |
Strictly necessary items are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off.
3. Third parties
Where analytics is enabled, Google Analytics is provided by Google. Google processes this data as described in its own privacy information. We use Google Consent Mode, which means Google is told whether you have consented and adjusts its behaviour accordingly.
Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts and embed links to YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and prettl.com. Following those links takes you to services with their own cookie practices, which we do not control.
4. Changing your mind
To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser settings and reload the page; the banner will appear again. You can also block or delete cookies entirely in your browser settings, though parts of some websites may then not work as intended.
5. More information
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data generally.
